A spokesperson from BoohooMan stated: “The success at the Euros has sparked a significant increase in interest for England’s football kit and flag as the British embrace national pride leading up to the final against Spain.
“Our research indicates that interest peaked right after the game when England defeated the Netherlands.”
They further noted: “Football shirts are becoming a popular choice for everyday wear, with a particular surge of interest in vintage shirts reaching unprecedented levels.”
The Euros has not only energized interest in football but also driven sales across the industry, with John Lewis TV sales soaring even before the 2024 UEFA European football championship began in June.
Last month, Argos also predicted that they would be selling four TVs per minute during the summer of sporting events.
