House of CB, a fashion retailer, is expanding its presence on Oxford Street by opening a permanent flagship store after initially operating from a temporary pop-up location in the area.
The women’s clothing brand is increasing its footprint by 35,000 sq ft at the same address as its current 10,000 sq ft pop-up shop on 225 Oxford Street, occupying the first, ground, second, and third floors.
Due to the success of the temporary store, House of CB is extending its reach within the property, with the support of global real estate advisor Colliers who assisted the landlord with the agreement.
The pop-up store was launched by the retailer in December and marked its third retail location in the UK, following stores in Westfield Stratford and Manchester Arndale. Additionally, House of CB has standalone stores in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
Colliers’ head of central London retail, Paul Souber, commented: “House of CB has transitioned significantly in recent years from being a successful online retailer to expanding to physical stores globally.
“The establishment of this new flagship store on Oxford Street illustrates the importance many brands attach to having physical retail spaces.”
